    Curtis is a globally acclimatized and trusted marketing operator who excels in understanding critical topics for companies, brands and consumers. He combines data insight and strategic business development to identify and ringfence what matters at pace and precision, with agency and client-side successes in North America, Europe, China and the Middle East. After supporting growth initiatives (automotive focus) for the RAPP network, Curtis returns to RAPP to strategically lead RAPP MENA growth, capabilities, and brand relevancy.

    MANAGING EXECUTIVE CREATIVE DIRECTOR

    Background

    An award-winning creative leader with more than 20 years of integrated advertising, communication and branding experience in the MENA region. Before joining RAPP as MD/ECD, Ramzy spearheaded the creative teams of some of the region’s top tier agencies, such as Wunderman, Y&R, Publicis, M&C Saatchi, and Webedia Arabia.

    Holding a Masters degree in advertising and communication arts from the prestigious ALBA university in Beirut. With more than 128 international awards and recognitions, he is a creative evangelist, a forum speaker, and a sitting jury member for many international advertising and design festivals.

    Karim Ibrahim

    Chief Operating Officer

    Background

    Karim boasts more than 20 years of Finance and operations experience across various industries and territories. In 2010, Karim joined the TPH group as Group CFO, based in Dubai, where he handled all financial aspects in GCC and Levant, including preparation of strategic financial planning, annual budgets, monthly and quarterly reviews and the oversight of several mergers and acquisitions. In August 2018, he was appointed as the Chief Operating Officer of RAPP MENA, looking after the day-to-day administration and operation of the business.

    Background

    Jess has over 7 years of experience in marketing, and has been a key member of RAPP Dubai’s success for over 2 years. Originally from London, she uses her passion for clarity to deliver key client projects with great efficiency and attention to detail. With a CRM background, she uses this experience to perfect creative based on the consumer journey and mindset, truly putting people at the heart of every piece of work. Jess is well versed in a variety of marketing principles and clients, including print management, CRM, social and messaging strategy. She maintains a positive and calm attitude in every project she touches to ensure precision, and that the creative is truly inspired by insight.

    Associate Creative Director

    Background

    Deanne is an awarded copywriter with a decade of experience across multiple categories, including FMCG, telecoms, automotive, banking and investment, travel, technology, e-commerce, fashion, health, and beauty and cosmetics. Skilled across ATL, BTL and digital communications, she has a passion for turning insights into entertainment and finding the spark of excitement in every brief. She earned her advertising stripes in Cape Town, South Africa, and has spent the last few years in Dubai driving progress on local and multinational brands including GSK, Reckitt Benckiser, Microsoft, First Abu Dhabi Bank, National Geographic Abu Dhabi, Fox+, MG Motors, MetLife Insurance and Upfield.

    Background

    With a strong experience design background, Aditya has spent the past 16 years at agencies and large MNCs in key roles across CRM, CX, digital transformation, marketing and advertising, in India and the Middle East. He is skilled in developing strategic initiatives that drive business value through customer experience and has successfully rolled out large scale programs in mass personalization, eCommerce, loyalty and digital innovation.​ Some of the brands he's worked on include Audi, Volkswagen, Castrol and British Petroleum, in addition to large banks and FCCG companies.
