We leveraged “The Shield,” a brand content portal with a foundational, Oracle-based scoring and leads management system. We then filled and managed the portal with a steady stream of solution briefs, sales material, short videos and podcasts that were produced in-house, speaking specifically to Juniper’s individual customers and their needs.
