OUR BRIEF

In 2001, the world's leading pharmaceutical giant recognised that there was a lack of reliable, unbiased sources of information on Erectile Dysfunction (ED) available for patients.

They commissioned a patient support programme that would provide comprehensive, unbiased and easy-to-understand information, to help support men with ED in finding a suitable treatment for their condition.

OUR IDEA

From our initial research, we found that in order to create an effective programme, it was crucial to provide 'tailored support'. It was apparent that an online resource was going to be the most cost effective and preferred medium and so we created 'erectionadvice.co.uk', an interactive and comprehensive website providing tailored information on ED.

OUR RESULTS

The Erection Advice programme is now the longest running programme of its kind in Europe.

In the last 6 years, over 250,000 registered users have engaged with this programme.

The programme provides an enormous amount of valuable data on market trends and patients' insights.
