OUR BRIEF

One of the world's leading luxury car manufacturers wanted to put data at the heart of the customer experience – whether purchasing, servicing or requesting a test drive.

OUR IDEA

Design and build an online web-based database platform enabling all brands and dealerships to have a single view of their customers, encompassing all the key touch points of customers' vehicle relationships with the car brand.

This included information such as past and present ownership details, financial product holdings, customer care – breakdown, warranty claims and so on, service history, and records of all inbound and outbound communications.

OUR RESULTS

The database now allows the company to conduct customer and vehicle searches, manage leads and prospects, measure customer satisfaction, execute local and national campaigns, report on the effectiveness of those campaigns, and be totally confident in the quality of the data they are working with.
